The resulting Leadership Development Committee creates initiatives to recruit, train and retain the PPA leaders. Currently, there are more than 300 members serving on 30 committees who take responsibility for the ongoing accomplishments of PPA.

Dr. Delligatti employed the same techniques with PPA that she uses to help businesses reduce workplace stress, increase motivation and boost job satisfaction. She notes, “In my roles at PPA, I applied sound psychological principles to engaging and developing people in the organization. That’s what I do when I partner with senior executives and business owners who are struggling with people problems that derail performance. By helping them to create psychologically healthier workplaces, business prospers and profits soar.”
