Pros:

Easy to use
Eighteen levels of stimulation (shock)
Strap is adjustable so size and amount of stimulation make it a great selection for a wide variety and size of dogs
Only weight 1.5 oz so your dog barely knows its there. That is until he/she barks
Cons:
Some Dogs may prefer nylon over plastic collars
It is on the high side of bark control collar prices
