Bedales students achieve at Hampshire schools athletics finals

June 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Five students from Bedales recently competed for the South East region at the Hampshire Schools Athletics Finals held at the Aldershot Military Stadium.

All five students competed well against strong opposition. Emily Blackley (Block 4/Year 10) finished 4th in her 800m heat, Becky Grubb (Block 3/Year 9) competed well in the discus and the 1500m, Will Harvey (Block 3/Year 9) finished 6th in the shot putt, and Rebecca Nielsen (Block 3/Year 9) competed well in the javelin. Ellie Catton (Block 4/Year 10) finished 2nd in her 300m heat which enabled her to reach the 300m final where she finished 5th.
