Pomotions at TEAM One - Chicago

June 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Adam Olsen has been one of our top Account Managers at TEAM One - Chicago and has recently been promoted to Assistant Manager. He began his career within our firm in May, 2011.  He came to us for an interview and started the following week with excitement about the opportunities that are offered within our firm.

Olsen’s hard work is paying off as he earned his promotion to Assistant Manager Monday, June 25th 2012.  

Adam Olsen learned of our firm through a CareerBuilder. Previous to TEAM One – Chicago, he was a manager at Fat Jacks in Bloomington, Illinois. Olsen knew that the restaurant industry was not the path he wanted to pursue.

When Olsen first began at our firm he set high standards and goals for him to reach.  “In 4 years I will be a Senior National Consultant.” (Olsen). He had to start off in the Entry Level position like everyone else in order to achieve this goal.

Within thirteen short months he has succeeded his first milestone within our company and achieved Assistant Management. “I set myself a goal that I would be promoted to Assistant Manager within the first six months of my hire date however, it took me thirteen months. This extra time taught me valuable lessons on team building and team retention in order for me to be successful within the future of our business.” (Olsen).

Watching Olsen’s growth within our firm has been exciting. We are all excited to see the contributions Adam Olsen will bring to our firm from here. This is just the beginning of his journey within TEAM One - Chicago.
