PRS Secures a New Management Contract in Santa Rosa, California

(PRS)—a not-for-profit leader in senior housing, management, and development (www.PacificRetirement.com)—announced today that its California affiliate, Retirement Services, LLC, was selected from a list of contenders to be the new management company for Friends House, a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located at 684 Benicia Drive, Santa Rosa, CA 95409 (www.FriendsHouse.org).

The Management Agreement was entered into by Friends Association of Services for the Elderly (FASE), the owner of Friends House, and the PRS affiliate, Retirement Services, LLC (RSLLC). RSLLC is the corporation through which communities in California receive the benefit of PRS’s years of experience in owning, developing, and managing successful retirement communities in five states. Under the terms of the agreement, RSLLC will provide guidance and oversight to all departments at Friends House, including operations, accounting, human resources, and marketing. The Management Agreement was effective on May 1, 2012.
