Nonni's Corner Trattoria Unveils Public Outdoor Mural

June 25, 2012 - PRLog -- GROVE CITY, Pennsylvania-June 25, 2012-Nonni’s Corner Trattoria continues its deep commitment to the arts by unveiling an enchanting outdoor mural for the benefit of residents and visitors of beautiful Olde Town Grove City, Pa.  The life size mural created by local artist, Andrew Hazelton, measures 8 by 12 feet and is proudly mounted on the corner of South Broad Street and College Avenue.

Award winning artist, Andrew Hazelton, was commissioned by Nonni’s Corner Trattoria and devoted months to creating this display.  He says of his work, “Having been reared in a wonderfully rural area of Vermont, I have always had a great dedication to nature in all its details.  In the course of my research, I was profoundly moved by the classic sense of endurance of the architecture and the earthy beauty and hard working nature of the Sicilian people.”

“Visual arts much like the art of cooking are essential to a rich and fulfilling life,”  explains David Valenza, General Manager of Nonni’s Corner Trattoria.   “We are extremely excited with the work that Mr. Hazelton has devoted to this piece,” he adds.

The unveiling ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 28, at Nonni’s Corner Trattoria, 251 S. Broad Street, Grove City, Pa.  The public is invited and encouraged to attend this special event.
