An applicant can apply for a job through online or be a walk in applicant. Job applicants will be asked pre screening questions and this will shorten the overall time taken to place the suitable candidate in the right job. Applicants meeting or exceeding all minimum specified requirements will proceed to a short list. The details of interview time and location will be communicated by email or telephone. Personal interview of short listed applicants may be conducted by video conference, telephone or in person. The hiring manager will further make a decision to select an applicant on the basis of applicant’s performance during an interview.
