After the successful inaugural virtual festival last year, this year's event plans on being even bigger, going out to more people in more places than has ever happened before. It's a festival Jim but not as we know it.
There is a bounty of indie acts playing live, in one place, not unusual for a festival. But where this one gets clever and original is that it will also be received by a global audience on screen and through speakers at absolutely no cost.
What also makes it different is there are no promoters, artists or anyone else getting paid vast sums of money for doing it. Music done by musicians, promoters, sound engineers, radio stations, etc because they love the music not for any personal gain. Call it the anti Simon Cowell if you will. Music for music's sake, for goodness sake.
