Home Sales Pace Quickens, Prompting Release of Eight New Homes at Brookfield Rockrose in Carlsbad

June 22, 2012 - PRLog -- Homes have been selling quickly at Brookfield’s Rockrose at The Foothills in Carlsbad. As a result, the builder will release eight more homes at Rockrose this weekend. Included are single- and two-story detached residences, all performing 35 percent beyond the state of California's energy-efficiency standards.

Five of the eight homes being released have an elevated location within the community. King added that because of the location of these homes, an interest list has already been formed.
