s US Chief Instructor David Kahn of Hamilton, NJ will demonstrate and discuss Krav Maga (contact combat) as well as sign his latest book Krav Maga-Weapon Defenses on Saturday, 3:00 pm at Barnes & Noble, 3535 US Route 1 South in the MarketFair Mall, Princeton, NJ. Seating begins at 2:00 pm and is on a first-come/first seated basis. Priority seating with book purchase.
Of interest to martial arts and self-defense students and teachers, Israeli Krav Maga is a special method of self defense.
“The system is simple, instinctive, adaptable and, if necessary, brutally effective to thwart a life threatening assault,” according to David Kahn. “For responsible citizens it teaches natural defensive instincts using appropriate counter-measures of force to defend against both armed threats and attacks... The conditioning and hand-eye coordination achieved by practicing these techniques will tone your muscles, improve your reflexes and get you street prepared.”
