The Digital Family Summit is an interactive, hands-on conference for teen digital media creators, bloggers, and their families. Join professionals from Columbia University, Entertainment Weekly, Parsons School of Design and a host of tween and teen bloggers and entrepreneurs for a weekend of fun activities, interactive and hands-on workshops, thought leadership and personal guidance 6/29-7/1 at the Sheraton Society Hill in Philadelphia, PA. The workshops are geared towards teens 13-18 and their parents, but there will also be some activities for younger kids aged 4-12. Conference tickets include 6 meals, snacks, and all activities; hotel not included. Registration prices are $200 per person or $400 for a family (2+ family members). WHAT: This year’s inaugural Digital Family Summit (June 29-July 1), includes over 20 sessions where teens and their families can learn about all aspects of blogging and digital media creation. The sessions include hands-on workshops, inspirational keynotes by prominent blogging teens, parents, and internet experts, plus panel discussions about some hot-button topics for parents and teens alike.
