Parallel Capital Partners has announced the early renewal of Linear LLC in the Carlsbad Corporate Center at 1950 Camino Vida Roble in Carlsbad, California, 92008. Linear has signed a 72-month lease for 53,022 square feet of office space, representing 44 percent of the building’s total of 121,541 square feet.
