Light Truck Accessory Alliance on Display and in Action at Carlisle Truck Nationals

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 20, 2012 - Carlisle has seen its share of transformations since its inaugural event in 1974.  In recent years, the onsite vehicle makeovers have come in many forms from contests to demonstrations.  Last year during the Carlisle Ford Nationals, Kurgan Motorsports swapped out the engine of a Fox Body Mustang and event seminars regularly highlight simple ways to upgrade, maintain or upkeep your prized ride.

This year at the Carlisle Truck Nationals, August 3-5 at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds, the Light Truck Accessory Alliance (LTAA) returns.  This organization of aftermarket parts manufacturers, retailers and suppliers is bringing out their best to put a late model Jeep through the ultimate transformation.  Enthusiasts on grounds will be able to watch as LTAA member companies  take a stock Jeep Rubicon and make it the ultimate show-ready Jeep in the world, all over the course of the three-day event.

In addition to the Jeep transformation from stock to show, the LTAA will be presenting a great array of new products in the light truck market.  Look for a full display of products from more than 35 LTAA member companies on display.

Experiencing the LTAA build is just one part of the Truck Nationals.  With an annual crowd in the tens of thousands, haul in to one of the largest truck events geared towards the entire family.  This show hosts over 2,000 trucks of all shapes and sizes.  Attendees will see everything from restored classics, lifted or lowered 2- and 4-wheel drives to chromed-out big rigs.  The entire family will enjoy monster truck shows and rides, the Kids at Carlisle activity area, shopping in the swap meet, truck corral and Manufacturers Midway and so much more.
