Ms. Winsler has experience in the contracting of multi-million dollar environmental engineering and horizontal and vertical construction projects. Before joining RERC, Ms. Winsler worked on design and financial feasibility projects, specifically related to transit-oriented development. Her project experience includes a design study on the Meadow Woods Future SunRail Station, and Main Street’s connection to surrounding blocks in Winter Garden, FL.
Ms. Winsler earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and also holds a Master’s degree of Planning in Civic Urbanism from Rollins College. Alex is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Planning Association (APA) and the Congress for the New Urbanism. She maintains the designation of CNU-Accredited (CNU-A).
