They have been involved with festival for over twenty years and though they did have a restaurant in the past, their family strictly does festival and events and Trenton is one of their favorites.

Nancy and her husband Tom have been serving up the chili, cheese and craut dogs along with their famous chili fries at many festivals in and around Michigan. “We have some many customers that look for us every year because of the difference in our hot dogs that just snap!” Banks explained. “ Our family has grown up in this business and our customers keep coming back with their families and we love seeing them grow every year too.” Nancy also mentioned the S.N.A.P. group that visits every year. “We really enjoy serving the special needs group , some started coming when they were very young and now they are adults. We can always count on them for at least a dozen hotdogs and fries!”
