America’s Choice Home Loans LP Opens First Branch in Alabama

June 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has opened its first retail loan origination branch office in Alabama. The company named Nancy Blankensopp as its Alabama State Manager, and in addition Ms. Blankensopp will also manage the retail branch office in Bessemer, a suburb of Birmingham. Jonathan Fowler, America’s Choice Director of National Production, said “Nancy has been in this business for nearly four decades. She brings an incredible wealth of talent and experience to her new position.”

Ms. Blankensopp will continue to serve her customers with their home loan needs throughout the state.  Nancy works extensively with FHA loans and a full range of conventional products. About her new role Nancy said, “After meeting with the America’s Choice team, seeing their commitment to customers and to our industry, I knew this is where I wanted to be.”

Nancy has held numerous managerial positions in the mortgage business throughout her career, but she also finds time for professional organizations such as the Alabama Mortgage Broker Association (Past-President), Bessemer Board of Realtors, currently serving as Vice President, and the Birmingham Board of Realtors.  She has been active in civic and community activities including serving as Chairperson for the Christmas Breakfast and Auction for the Western Area Realtors and Affiliates, benefitting the Children’s Aid Society, Just Keep Smiling Foundation, and local schools.  Nancy enjoys arts and crafts, oil painting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
