Mrs. Chinnery said she got the idea to connect with members in the business of beauty, health and wellness after reconnecting with her own dormant passions following a lay-off from her job in 2009.
The “2012 Bringing Out the Best You Beauty Conference" is developed on Mrs. Chinnery's notion that beauty, health and wellness businesses need to educate consumers in order to advance and increase in productivity and profits. Furthermore, Mrs. Chinnery’s goal is to make consumers more knowledgeable of what the beauty, health and wellness industry offers, as well as, who and where to go for products and services within their community. Lastly, she wants the businesses that participate in this event to connect with each other and become valuable partners.
Mrs. Chinnery herself has developed her talent of teaching women how to take care of their natural hair, skin, hands, as well as creating beautiful nail art designs.
The conference is geared to attract businesses interested in hosting Enlightening Presentations, Fashions Shows, Product and Service Demonstrations, Vending/Exhibiting, Beauty Products Expos and Networking Opportunities. On the other hand, this conference is also tailored to attract consumers that are interested in being informed regarding current trend in the beauty, health and wellness industry.

While tickets sales have been consistent there is still space left to make up 100 vendors needed to make the event a success. Registration is in full swing. General Tickets cost $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Vendors get a generous space, table and chair for $ 100. For $200 a sponsor gets to demonstrate and make a 5- minute presentation to participants.
