Ciklum is Ukraine’s Fastest Growing IT Company

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 20, 2012 - Developers.org.ua, the Ukrainian community of software engineers, has recently unleashed the results of its latest quarterly survey of Top 25 IT companies. According to the survey, Ciklum is the fastest growing of the larger top 5 IT Companies in Ukraine with a 13.5% increase in the headcount across all Ukrainian locations (Kiev, Odessa, Donetsk, Vinnitsa, Dnepr, Kharkiv) as of May 2012.

In the period between February and May 2012 Ciklum added 197 employees in Ukraine alone and is currently holding around 9% of the total Ukrainian IT talent market share.
Regarding other Ukrainian Top 5 IT Companies, Luxoft grew by almost 11%, EPAM – around 10%, SoftServe – 3% and GlobalLogic – less than 1%.

As the survey finds, Ukraine’s Top 25 software companies grew collectively by 6.6% by reported employees, which is 1.5 times less than in the same period last year. Overall, these companies employed nearly 20,000 people as of May 2012.
