Wistful Cafe and Bakery to expand with all-new kitchen

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 19, 2012 - Wistful Cafe and Bakery in Edinburg, Ohio, is expanding once again. A new kitchen is being built in the rear of the building, formerly occupied by offices. The restaurant will be open for business during the renovation during its usual hours: Tuesday-Friday from 7am to 3pm, Saturday from 7 am to 2pm, and Sunday from 8 am to 1 pm.

Wistful Cafe’s current kitchen, located at the back of the dining area, will eventually be used primarily for bakery operations. The anticipated end date for this project is the end of July.  Once the kitchen is complete, there will be a celebration, with details to be announced at a later date.
