Carmen has a BA from Michigan State University, an MBA form Colorado State University and is a Master Graduate from Rapport Leadership International. She brings eight plus years of technical recruiting experience working in both agency and outsourced service provider companies along with ten plus years of marketing and sales experience. This combination of recruiting, sales/marketing and leadership training experience uniquely qualifies her for the position of Director of Recruiting and Operations as Q4B continues to move into new markets and expands their service offerings.
