Odd Hours Announces EP Release Party June 30th

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 18, 2012 - Odd Hours will be celebrating the release of its second EP “Solar Plexus Power of Babooshka” on June 30th. The event will be held at The Old Miami,which is located in Detroit, MI.  Ferndale Acid Scene, N-2 Submission ( featuring The Impaler ) and Future Slang will be opening the event. Odd Hours maintains a white-knuckled grip on the umbrella of trashy art rock while subversively pulling listeners from one end of the musical spectrum to the other. Strobing between fragile, cavernous delay and crushing garage rock, Odd Hours only needs six hands to do what takes most bands eight or more. Percussive dynamo Mike Legue thunders brutally from behind the drums as Tim Jagielo splatters down 100 Jackson Pollocks per second with what most would consider a single guitar. All the while Natasha Beste haunts the air with her keys and hollows out an impossible place in the sound with her strong, plaintive alto for raw stories of despondency, power, and mental horror.
