Consulting Alliance Announces July Luncheon Program

The Consulting Alliance's July luncheon program, "Lessons Learned From a Sales Leader," features Carrie Hillenbrandt, BBL Hospitality's corporate director of sales and marketing.
 
June 16, 2012 - PRLog -- The Consulting Alliance will hold a lunch meeting on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at Wolferts Roost Country Club, 120 Van Rensselaer Blvd., Menands, NY.  The cost is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.  Guests and prospective members are invited to attend.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling (518)512-9713 or by emailing info@consultingalliance.org.

The program “"Lessons Learned From a Sales Leader"” features Carrie Hillenbrandt, BBL Hospitality's corporate director of sales and marketing. She will discuss how BBL Hospitality marketed and branded itself and how those strategies can apply to other businesses. She will also offer sales advice, including the importance of speaking with the top decision makers, overcoming customer resistance and pricing oneself competitively in a challenging economy.

With a marketing degree from Siena College, Hillenbrandt has more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She currently leads the strategic sales efforts for BBL Hospitality's 11 managed hotels and 8 restaurants, playing an integrated role in working with hotel and sales personnel to develop new opportunities and grow existing business.

In 2012, Hillenbrandt was designated as one of the Women of Excellence by the Women's Business Council of the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce. She was also recently named one of the region’s "40 Under Forty" by the Business Review.
