The City of Miliptas Contracts with Terracare Associates to Provide Landscape Maintenance Services

June 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Beginning on July 1, 2012, Terracare Associates will assume all streetscape and park maintenance for the City of Milpitas. Managing the streetscapes will include tending to all landscape medians and roadway frontages within the city limits. In addition to maintaining the streetscapes Terracare will also maintain 29 park systems and associated infrastructures, most of which were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s.

In effort to decrease the fiscal budget, the City of Milpitas sought out private contractor bids to
outsource their landscape needs. Terracare Associates was selected based on an intricate scoring system created to consider crucial factors such as experience, reputation, qualifications, references, and price. The professional team at Terracare Associates is looking forward to working with the city to immediately upgrade, and continually raise, the standard of maintenance within the parks and streetscapes. In order to provide the best service possible, Terracare Associates will be opening a new branch in South Bay Area.
