BizTech Announces Acquisition of Accel Services Inc.

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 18, 2012 - King of Prussia, PA – Business Technology Solutions (BizTech), a leading IT Services firm and Oracle Platinum Partner announced that it has entered into a merger agreement with Accel Services Inc. a complimentary business services provider working to support customers in the Mid-Atlantic area.  

Accel Services Inc. is a regional consulting firm providing technical and functional Oracle implementation services.  Under the leadership of Bob Bullman, Accel Services provides functional expertise in complex manufacturing and distribution, as well as packaged services in general accounting, service and order management, among others.

The combination of BizTech’s services in Oracle Applications & Technology and Accel’s areas of supply chain expertise will provide customers with a more diverse and skilled set of practitioners to assist with mission critical Oracle software implementations.

As part of the merger agreement, Bob Bullman, Accel Services CEO, will join BizTech’s staff of Oracle experts as a Partner and enterprise applications architect for Oracle application implementations.  Bob is a professional Oracle supply chain consultant with experience in advanced planning and distribution and lean manufacturing and is an E-Business Suite R12 solution architect.
