Car Industry Coverage Rolls Out At Listitude

June 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Listitude.com announces the launch of its car industry focus category.  For the auto industry, the coverage has begun with a List of Car Companies, in which historical sales data ware gathered and a weighted ranking created called the Attitude (tm) ranking, in which the relative size rank of the world's leading auto manufacturers was set out for the first time.  

In the auto industry vertical, in coming months, Listitude is rolling out coverage of national car industries, starting with China, which to the surprise of many is the leading manufacturer of vehicles worldwide - over 50% larger than the industry in the U.S.  It is fitting that country coverage begin with the China market.  The worldwide ranked list of car companies is found too.  The worldwide ranked list also takes into account temporary supply interruptions, such as those experienced by Toyota due to the 2011 tsunami, smoothing the ranking to reflect real industry impact.  

Also in coming months, Listitude will roll out compilations of other key car industry statistics, as well as Attitude (tm) weighted  rankings of other industries, ranging from insurance to colleges.
