Nick Masky joins Homeward Real Estate

June 15, 2012 - PRLog -- NICK MASKY is a 20 year resident of Tampa. He specializes in working with buyers and sellers, full time, and is an agent at Homeward Real Estate.

Originally from Tampa, Nick lived in Los Angeles for 6 years after graduating from the University of South Florida. He worked at Paradigm Talent Agency and United Artists, Tom Cruise’s production company. Tenacious at a very young age, while in school Nick worked on the sets of Dawson’s Creek (Katie Holmes, James Van Der Beek), The Punisher (shot in Tampa in 2004 with John Travolta), Hoot (produced by Jimmy Buffett), The Real World 15: Philadelphia and several music videos. He possesses virtually no fear of the unknown and firmly believes that anything is possible. Therefore, when he decided to leave the entertainment business, he had complete confidence that he would be able to reinvent himself in a new career.

Growing up Nick assisted his mother, Elizabeth, a top producer in Tampa for 20 years with Tam-Bay, Re/Max, Coldwell Banker and Homeward, in all aspects of Real Estate, marketing and computing.

Nick attributes his success to his natural instincts, common sense, communication and negotiating skills. His exceptionally high standards and values assist him in the natural ability to offer a high level of customer service. Nick's great people skills and creative problem solving are a lost art in this day and age. These are the main skills that set him apart. Garnering a steady stream of past and new clients business, Nick’s referrals and repeat clientele are the backbone of his business.

Nick is a member of the National Association of Realtors and involved with the Young Professionals Network (YPN), Realtors Political Action Committee (YPAC) and several other organizations within GTAR
