“Each of the candidates that were selected went through the standard CSA three tiered interview process in order to ensure that they were a good fit for the proposed positions they were being considered for,” said Brenda Johnson, Director of Human Resources for CSA. “This ensured that we were getting the best candidates for the limited openings we had available and provided the interns with an opportunity to experience the interviewing process. We couldn’t be more excited to have such a diverse group of highly qualified individuals join the CSA team this summer and look forward to working with them as they deliver value added services to our corporate operations team.”
This is the seventh year of this highly successful internship program. The current group will be supporting the following projects this summer:
CSA Institute Development:
Jessica Brett is entering her senior year at Point Loma Nazarene University and is pursuing her Bachelors of Arts in Child Development. She will be spending her summer assisting in the development of the internal CSA Educational Institute which is being launched in October.
Andrew Seavey, a 2011 graduate from Purdue University, Indiana, has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Andrew will be assisting CSA’s IT department and learning first-hand about the daily stresses and technical management issues of a growing company.
Marketing and Sales/ Account Management (West Coast):
Brittany Wilkins is a recent University of San Diego graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a minor in Marketing. Brittany will assist in the redesign of the CSA website and the migration of our Sales and Marketing content into our new Microsoft 365 knowledge portal.
Marketing and Sales/ Account Growth (East Coast):
Ben Lebeau is one class away from receiving his Bachelor of Science in Digital Video and Cinema from James Madison University. He will be assisting in the account growth and recruiting. He will also be assisting with the redesign of the CSA website.
Erin Hickey is entering her junior year at James Madison University and is actively pursuing her Bachelors of Science in International Business. Erin will be assisting our new Northern Virginia office increase its operational support of CSA’s national capital region client base.
Service Line Management:
Atia Hashimi has to finish out one more semester until she walks across the stage at San Diego State University to receive her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Atia will be diving into database development and assisting in the creation of an internal management tool.
