Italian Funds Wise & J.Hirsch take advice from Magellan Hospitality to secure Alpitour deal

June 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Rome, June 2012  - A new successful adventure for Magellan Hospitality Management, the Hospitality Advisory and Management company funded in 2009 by Moreno Occhiolini, former Managing Director of Rocco Forte Hotels.
As a matter of fact it is very recent the co-operation with the two Investment Funds Wise and J. Hirsch aimed to the acquisition of the italian Tour Operator Alpitour from the listed company Exor (the acquisition was successfully completed for an amount of over € 200 millions).
It is not common knowledge the fact that Alpitour is not only an important Tour Operator, but it manages also 6 international Resorts ( Capo Verde , Maldive and Zanzibar ), 6 Beach Resorts in Italy (Sardinia , Sicily , Calabria and Puglia) and 3 city Hotels (two in Rome and one in Bari).
Magellan Hospitality has been approached specifically for the evaluation of each hotel as well as the results from existing management. A complete and analytic due diligence was performed.
