CSA Recognizes East Region Consultants in Receiving DAWIA Equivalency Certificates

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 20, 2012 - June 07, 2012 – MECHANICSBURG - Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) is proud to recognize eight east region consultants in receiving their Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 1 Life Cycle Logistics and/or Program Management Career Field Equivalency Certifications; including individuals out of CSA’s Mechanicsburg and National Capital Region offices.

CSA’s professional services are integrated into Government and Military organizations on numerous contracts. In support of these organizations and their missions, it is essential that CSA employees assigned to these tasks possess the knowledge, skills, training and experience required to assist these clients in successfully operating and achieving their mission and goals.

“CSA has established a process to evaluate and certify our employees who qualify against relevant DAU standards for DAWIA Career Field certifications,” said Patrick Carney, CSA’s Director of Service Line Management. “Our Functional Managers carefully evaluate employees training, education and particularly their experience against the requirements defined in the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) catalogues. In completing training requirements and standards similar to the Government and Military staff, CSA personnel are able to ensure they are current with the policy and training required of the Defense Acquisition Workforce.”
