Lennar Purchases Large Residential Parcel In South San Jose

June 14, 2012 - PRLog -- SAN JOSE, CA  —Lennar recently announced that they have purchased an expansive 40-acre residential parcel of land in San Jose, located in the Santa Teresa Transit Village (formerly Hitachi Campus), near Highway 85 and Cottle Road.
