#printbuy and Digital Print for Packaging 2012 announced

June 14, 2012 - PRLog -- In response to the latest trends and developments in global print buying and digital print, Smithers Pira have established the #printbuy 2012 and Digital Print for Packaging 2012 conferences, which will be co-located at the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel in London on 24-25 October.

#printbuy 2012 will be centred on opportunities and challenges in the future of commercial print buying. Focusing on financial, government, retail and corporate sectors, speakers will discuss numerous topics including offshoring, print management, web 2 print, print production, as well as how printed materials can interact with online channels to maximise the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

Digital Print for Packaging 2012 will explore in depth what digital print can achieve in packaging and labelling, with the programme set to feature the latest innovations from FMCG brand owners, commercial packaging converters, digital printing machinery suppliers as well as keynotes from the pioneers of digital print technology.

These two conferences will add to Smithers Pira’s 2012 portfolio, and build on over eight decades of expertise in the print, packaging and paper industries. Delegates can expect high level speakers from industry leading companies presenting the latest thinking in this sector, and an event that will deliver value for attendees and speakers alike.
