HipFusion Designs Launches Campaign Focused on Real Women Wearing the Artistic, Handcrafted Jewelry

June 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Blake, a jewelry-loving HipFusion Designs customer and busy mother of 3, is writing and illustrating a children’s book about extinct and endangered animals because she feels it’s important to provide children with a broader perspective of our global community and history.

This unassuming beauty, daughter of the intensely private, yet ultra-hip and famous musician Leon Redbone, has an artistic talent and style all her own. With a passion for animals and environmental issues affecting Earth, one way Blake works to create awareness to important issues is through her art.

A native of New Hope, Pennsylvania, Blake grew up on a large open property surrounded by woods and streams where the imagination could run wild. Her education at Buckingham Friends School and The George School provided her with a global sense of community with respect to others and the environment. These have shaped her beliefs, hopes, work, and even her choice of jewelry.   "Jewelry is a form of artistic expression, but not solely for the wearer. When you have a piece that has been handcrafted rather than mass produced, the time, devotion and vision of the artist are all palpable, they shine through in each piece," said Moyer.

Owner of HipFusion Designs and master jewelry artisan Neida Joseph-Abel is passionate about working closely with Blake and all her customers to handcraft unpredictable designs for their own exclusive collections of wearable art that capture their unique personalities.
