Prior to starting her own company, Lisa was recognized as a thought leader in integrated health solutions in the corporate sector. Most recently, Lisa was Senior Program Manager on Cisco’s Global Health Engagement team where she developed strategies and implemented programs to enhance the well-being of employees and their families.
She is a Global Program Manager with expertise in Integrated Health, Organizational Transformation, Diversity / Inclusion, Training, and Leadership Development. She has a broad professional background with emphasis on strategic planning, employee engagement, organizational culture change, and collaborative alliances. She is known for integrity, high energy, and resilience in fast paced, changing environments. She has strong business acumen with strategic visioning and proven executive influence skills, and is experienced in organizational analysis, change management, and strategic market planning.
