I have a huge collection of perfume samples that I gathered over the years. I will dive into my boxes of samples and pick them randomly to review. Please enjoy this journey with me!! From an expert in fragrances.

June 13, 2012 - PRLog -- I have been collecting and reviewing perfumes for many years now. Many fragrances were left behind because I don't publish bad reviews in my blog. this year I started a new project that I call Random Perfume Picks.  I will plunge into these boxes and take one fragrance at a time to review. Since I am not choosing. Bad reviews might come along.

RANDOM PERFUME PICKS - DAY ONE
BOIS NAUFRAGÉ  - PARFUMERIE GENERALE  - SPRING OF 2010 - LIMITED EDITION - UNISEX

Notes officially listed - Carob tree, sea salt and ambergris.
Notes non- officially listed - vetiver, orris, neroli, ionones, mint, hedione.
The inspiration of the fragrance is a photo entitled "Le Nu au Bois Flotée", by photographer Lucien Clerge - 1971).

This one is a bit salty, a bit sweet. Fig and skin. Sensual, warm, mineral ... a bit old fashioned...with a touch of modern fresh saltiness...

Smelling my wrist, I relate more to Truman Capote relaxing in a wicker chair, outside his home in the Hamptons, wearing those American coconut sun lotions and tons of aftershave, rather than French artistic photography.
Ok, not my favorite. But nice!
