Third Annual Fan Art Contest Announced

June 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Joseph Devon is looking for the best artwork his fans from all over the world can produce based on his cult hit series, The Matthew and Epp Stories. The Grand Prize winner will have their choice of prize packages. Each package is geared towards a specific artistic field and features products which vary from photography software to a digital drawing tablet.

The Matthew and Epp Stories are an urban fantasy series that has gained readership worldwide since book one, Probability Angels, was released two years ago. Now that book two, Persistent Illusions, is out, fans have even more characters, settings and scenes to inspire them.

"We had so much fun doing this last year," says Devon, "I just new it had to be an annual event. Fans are encouraged to submit anything and everything from sketches of favorite characters to dioramas of their favorite scenes. We even had a cocktail napkin doodle submitted last year."

Submissions close on July 15th, after which a panel of judges will decide the winner. Finalists will receive a write-up on Mr. Devon's website as he showcases some of his favorite submissions. The Grand Prize winner will receive their own dedicated write-up and discussion as well as their choice of Grand Prize.
