He went on to say "this is heart breaking...I have children of my own and cannot even begin to imagine the horror and the sorrow that the parents and siblings must feel at this time." The Archbishop has taken a special interest in the matter of Jasmine Lowe.  He stated that : “I can well imagine how devastated the entire community must be, and it’s particularly tragic that it should happen as she was about to share in a Jubilee celebration, which must have been such a cause of pride and happiness to her and her… family and friends. If you are in touch with friends there, do let them know that she and all her family will be remembered in prayers here at Lambeth Palace. I shall be in touch with the Royal Household.”
