Enterprise Bank & Trust Names Scott R. Goodman as Executive Vice President

LOUIS)  - Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), recently announced the promotion of Scott R. Goodman to Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking Services and Wealth Management.  Goodman was previously President and Chief Credit Officer for the Bank’s St. Louis Region. In his new role, Goodman is responsible for Enterprise’s fee income-producing divisions, including Enterprise Trust, the Company’s Community Development Entity and the Bank’s mortgage, treasury management, international banking and tax credit lending and brokerage activities.

Goodman has been succeeded as President of the St. Louis Region by James Lally, President of the Bank’s Clayton banking unit.

Goodman joined Enterprise in 2003 as Senior Vice President. He was named President of the Bank’s Clayton unit in 2008 and President of the St. Louis Region in 2009.  

Goodman has more than 20 years experience in banking and financial industry management, including senior positions at US Bank and Boatman’s Bank in St. Louis.  He received his BSBA in Accounting/Finance from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO in 1985 and his MBA from Saint Louis University in 1989.  

Current and prior community development activities include membership in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and participation in chapter leadership, Board and Finance Committee roles with Haven House of St. Louis.  He has also served on the St. Louis Repertory Theater Board of Directors and the MS Society Corporate Achiever Committee.
