Follow on Google News | Cullman County Museum to Participate in Blue Star ProgramThe Cullman County Museum is one of over 1,500 museums in America to offer free admission to military personnel and their families this summer in collaboration with the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families and the Department of Defense
“We are so pleased to be a part of the Blue Star Museum program so that we can show our support for these active duty military personnel and their families, and we hope that this becomes a great opportunity for many more people to enjoy the Cullman County Museum,” curator Elaine Fuller said about the Cullman County Museum joining Blue Star Museums. The Cullman County Museum, located at 211 2nd Avenue NE, just across from City Hall, recently launched a brand new Civil War Exhibit to celebrate the sesquicentennial of the American Civil War. The museum also features numerous other exhibits throughout, including the Archeological Room, sponsored by the Cullman County Archeological society, and the Colonel Cullman Room.
