"I've been working with condos, HOAs, and HOA property management companies since last year helping them reduce their water costs," says Chris Woodhouse, owner of Hands4Hire. "If an HOA has a central water meter and allocates the costs to individual units, we can reduce the water costs 20-30 percent. We install a water valve, called H2 minus O, that'll eliminate the air the water meter reads, reducing the volume of water charged to the association."
The device was installed at Pier 33 on Nov. 30, 2011, and Russo says there's been no drop in water pressure. But there has been a drop in costs. "The savings has been tracking at 19-20 percent of a historic water cost--or about $12,730," he says. "So the payback is about six months for the device, which cost a tad under $6,000."

The H2minusO Flow Management Device ( FMD ) uses a reverse flow of air to compress air that is entrapped in your water system.
This propitiatory process will have a positive effect on stabilizing the flow entering your properties water circuit.
*Essentially Acting as a “Shock Absorber” for incoming spikes of entrapped air caused by ruptures in your water providers circuit
*Moderating current or seasonal High Water Pressure Conditions
*Providing a truer water usage forecast and measurement
*With any reverse in flow the H2minusO fundamentally acts as a secondary backflow device.
