Previously Mr. Chao was a partner at Milborne, Terrence, Howard & McKinley Pte where he advised clients on structured finance transactions, bank and bank holding company regulatory and securities law matters. Mr. Chao became a partner of Milborne, Terrence, Howard & McKinley Pte in 1983 and Co-Chair of the firm's Global Finance Group in 1995 until retiring at the end of 2006. He was a member of the firm's Executive Committee from 1985 to 1991 and from 1996 to 2002.”

With this new addition, the Board of Directors now has nine members, six of whom are independent. Mr. Chao has also been appointed to serve as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board.
