Ines O’Donovan, PhD & MBA, is the Director of Alamundo, the International Research Institute for Mentoring, Coaching & Leadership and the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching. In her PhD research she had found that most companies do not actually measure employee engagement, even though they think they do. She therefore developed the Sustainable Talent Engagement Model. She also looked at the main leader behaviours that create and maintain high engagement.

Alamundo helps companies and leaders to achieve real employee engagement with high long-term performance, loyal customers and a strong bottom line. Using the Sustainable Talent Engagement Model & the company’s expertise in Mentoring, Coaching and Leadership Development, Alamundo helps leaders and companies to focus on the relevant stage and type of engagement with the right intervention at the best time.
