Cresa Milwaukee Welcomes Paul Galbraith

June 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Cresa Milwaukee is pleased to announce the arrival of Paul Galbraith as Senior Vice President.

Paul Galbraith has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. As a Senior Vice President at Cresa, Paul will lead the Milwaukee Office's Industrial and Manufacturing Practice Group.

Over the past year, Cresa has seen an increased demand for industrial and manufacturing space in Madison and Milwaukee-based companies, signaling an upswing in economic confidence and growth. Galbraith will provide a skill set unique to this portion of the commercial real estate market, further enhancing Cresa's core competencies and breadth of service.

During his career Paul has completed over 2.5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions throughout North America. His extensive experience working with both local and national landlords allows him to understand the owner's perspective and leverage that expertise to benefit his tenant and buyer clients.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and holds Bachelors degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
