Matt focuses on engaging his clients with a varied and dynamic workout routine that incorporates the use of medicine balls, boxing, circuit training and calisthenics. "I love getting clients outdoors", explains Matt. "As an Aussie I grew up outdoors and come rain or shine, there's nothing better than getting some fresh air whilst exercising. It's one of the main reasons I dislike the gym. I use functional training equipment and most clients are surprised how little equipment they really require for a challenging workout. London has some great outdoor spaces and parks and as a personal trainer I love to make use of these spaces."
Matt has worked as a personal trainer in London for 4 years and was previously a personal trainer in an exclusive personal training studio in Sydney for over 6 years. "I graduated from University with a Bachelor Degree in Applied Fitness and then gained further qualifications in areas of core stability, injury rehab and corrective exercise through the Paul Chek Institute."
I came to London 4 years ago due to wanting to further my career and work in one of the world's most exciting cities. I absolutely love working here and have been lucky to work with some lovely clients and some well known celebrities too. Each day brings something new and that's what I love about being a personal trainer."
Matt offers personal training for individuals and also small group training in a number of Parks in London. "With all clients I work with in London my focus is always on results. It's what my clients are paying for and I take the responsibility very seriously. I am passionate about what I do and I believe that with the right motivation anyone can achieve the body of their dreams."
