The Ballen Group, Las Vegas Real Estate Team, Welcomes Sheli Miller as General Manager

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 9, 2012 - Sheli Miller, a nine year veteran of the Las Vegas real estate market, founding owner of two Las Vegas real estate companies and 13 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps joins the Ballen Group with Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas as General Manager.  Sheli will be responsible for the growth of the team both in team members and in production.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative ABR ®, a relocation expert and an REO listing expert, Sheli is uniquely qualified through her own personal and professional experiences to lead  The Ballen Group.  

Richard & Lori Ballen joined Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas in September of 2010. Together, they became very focused on building their team. Since their first day in business as Real Estate Agents, they knew that they wanted to build a 7th level team.
(A Team that functions without either of them in a job specific role allowing freedom to explore other business opportunities). They had built a very successful event planning company which they built to “The 7th Level” and then sold in 2004. With intent focus and amazing Keller Williams Training (which included Recruit Select Lead Motivate Train) , MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent) as a guide, and with Dave Jenks and Debbie Zois as Mentors, they Began to Hire. Richard & Lori Ballen grew from just the two of them to a total of fourteen of them in only 7 months’ time.
