The accolade for the Dagfields Craft Centre business is official recognition of the fact that it stocks a comprehensive range of high quality art materials and that its staff are suitably qualified and experienced to offer detailed advice to customers about the products it supplies.
“This really does mark us out from our competition, said Alexander Paper Supplies Managing Director Sandy Cowen, speaking from his Dagfields office at Walgherton near Nantwich yesterday. “Winsor and Newton are one of the two biggest and most respected names in fine art product manufacture.
“Their products are used across the board by professional artists and art students in private studios and in schools throughout the country. This really is a valuable accolade and will attract those customers who insist on using only the highest quality art materials.”
Winsor & Newton’s UK Trade Marketing Coordinator Martin Waller said: “The Premier Art Centre status awarded to Alexander Paper Supplies is in recognition of the company’s commitment to offering its customers the highest level of service and most comprehensive range of products.”
Alexander Paper Supplies was founded by Sandy Cowen 18 years ago and has grown steadily ever since.
Today the company has a staff of eight and sells a vast range of art and craft products which it supplies to schools and individuals throughout the UK. The company also has a Crewe works where it manufacturers its own range of sketch books and artist’s pads.
