The first RACE approved event is a two-day seminar sponsored by The Inquisitive Canine and led by Dr. Sophia Yin. Participants may choose to attend both days of the seminar, June 23 and June 24 (from 9am to 5pm), or just one day, depending on their needs and desired CEUs. Dr. Yin is a world renowned veterinarian, animal behaviorist and speaker. During this two-day seminar, Dr. Yin will discuss topics that include understanding canine communication, how to recognize brewing fear, impulse control and aggression problems.
This seminar is open to any and all dog trainers, veterinarians, vet techs, and other animal care professionals. Inquisitive Canine has always strived to maintain great relationships with veterinarian offices and we are excited to support the continuing education of veterinarians and vet techs. Our RACE approval allows 12 CEUs for veterinarians and vet techs who attend the Dr. Sophia Yin event. RACE, or the Registry of Approved Continuing Education, is a committee within the AAVSB that focuses on the development and application of uniform standards as they relate to veterinary medicine continuing education providers and programs.
