Georgia Ellyse To Appear On BET 106 and Park

June 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Twin Cities’ radio personality and media impresario Georgia Ellyse makes her debut appearance tonight on BET’s 106 & Park.  Ellyse will join renown emcee/recording artist Freeway and Sha Money, Senior VP of A&R at Def Jam Records as a “Freestyle Friday” judge.

Ellyse is a leading radio personality for the daily “Midday Show” on 89.9 FM KMOJ, in Minneapolis, Minn. She has become a go-to personality for media appearances and exclusive celebrities interviews. She is also a two-time Twin Cities’ Hip-Hop award nominee, having recently released the hit single, “Superhero,” to much fanfare and acclaim.

“I am honored to be a part of 106 & Park and to see how hard work and dedication pay off,” said Ellyse. “The contestants were great and Freeway and Shay Money were great judges to be alongside. The BET staff were so gracious to and supportive of me. I am definitely looking forward to more working opportunities with BET.”

Co-hosted by Terrence J and guest host recording artist Elle Varner, 106 & Park is BET’s flagship show and the network's most popular music series of all time. Freestyle Friday is a weekly segment where a champion and challenger face off in a freestyle battle before a live studio audience.
