Metro Detroit Lexus Dealer Tees Off to Benefit Local Youth

June 8, 2012 - PRLog -- UTICA, MI - Meade Lexus of Lakeside is gearing up for a charitable day of golf, food, and good company with its sponsorship of this year’s Liberty Mutual Invitational benefiting the Boys Hope Girls Hope charity.

For the first time, this Metro Detroit Lexus dealer (http://www.lexusoflakeside.com) will be sponsoring this charity event on June 11th at the Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills. Proceeds from the event are allocated to fund safe homes and first class education for Boys Hope Girls Hope scholars.

Boys Hope Girls Hope originated in 1977 and is dedicated to helping academically capable and motivated children-in-need to meet their full potential and become men and women for others by providing value-centered, family-like homes, opportunities and education through college. Boys Hope Girls Hope operates homes in 15 different locations throughout the United States and also four locations in Latin America.

This year’s event includes an afternoon of golf, food and refreshments, premium gift packages, personalized service, a silent auction, and numerous contest holes. Hole-in-one hopefuls, for instance, will have items such as 12-month lease on a 2013 Lexus GS 350 to keep them motivated. To add to the excitement, one of the live auction items will send the highest bidder and a friend to partake in the 2012 Lexus Champions for Charity National Championship at Pebble Beach in California.
