The Gluten Free Consumer’s Seal of Approval Winners.

June 7, 2012 - PRLog -- The Gluten Free Consumer is announcing the companies who have earned their seal of approval in the first 6 months of 2012. This seal of approval is earned when a company submits their products to the Gluten Free Consumer. Their review team is made up of individuals with Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance. They review products and judging them on these categories; taste, texture, ingredient quality, price and accessibility.  

The following companies have earned the seal of approval; Fahlstrom Farms, Chobani, Anne’s Home Grown, Lundberg’s, Attune, Chebe, Erewhon, Stubbs BBQ, Bone Suckin Sauce, Sol Sunflower Milk, Stone House 27, Mary’s Gone Cracker’s, Soy Joy, Kettle Cuisine, Cheese Bread Mania, RW Garcia, WOW Baking Company, Indiana Popcorn, Quest Bar, Pizza Pie Café, Three Senses Gourmet, Kinnikinnick, Butcher’s Bunches, Simply 7, Food Should Taste Good, Mother Teresa’s, Brother’s All Natural, Soyummi, Find Me Gluten Free, Pamela’s Products, Red Robin, Glee Gum and Coconutz.

Our review team consists of individuals with Celiac Disease, those with gluten intolerance, and a few of our staff that do not need to eat gluten free. We test the product for taste and overall quality using the grading rubric shown above. Products with favorable grades are given the option of providing our customers with a coupon or a recipe in our publication. Products that are average or low grades receive our suggestions for improvements.
