Colliers International's Romy Zeid Receives Prestigious SIOR Designation

June 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Romy Zeid, Senior Vice President with Colliers International’s Silicon Valley office, has earned the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation. Colliers’ San Jose office currently has 17 SIORs, and the company has a total of 38 SIORs among their eight Northern California offices. Colliers has the most SIOR designees of any commercial real estate firm in the region.

Zeid has specialized in providing transaction and advisory services for Silicon Valley tenants on a local, national and global scale. He has represented the real estate interests of Silicon Valley-based companies ranging from venture-capital-funded technology companies to multinational corporations. His focus as a tenant representation advocate in Silicon Valley has enabled him to be involved in relocation and expansion projects, consolidations and dispositions, campus and headquarters planning, lease terminations and complete portfolio planning strategies. He has also been involved in building acquisitions and dispositions for Silicon Valley's top office and R&D developers.
